Well the Rock and Roll event just wrapped up, and there were good surprises (such as Steve Jobs, the reprieve of the iPod Classic and some cool new features for the iPod Nano) and also some bad ones as well (like the lack of camera for the iPod touch). Karuki is one of those rare games that you’ve never heard of that totally takes you by surprise. It combines some drawing style graphics that are perfectly tailored to the iPhone and iPod touch with some unique, if a bit challenging, gameplay. For $0.99, I definitely recommend to check this one out.

On the face of it, Jewel Falls looks like a very simple, easy game. That’s entirely true; but the true draw of Jewel Falls is simply the challenge of beating your last high score. Jewel Falls is certainly a fun pick up and play game, and at the least I recommend checking out the lite version of the application which is coming soon.
