The graffiti artist is finished. There’s some overspray and imperfections when you look up close, but that’s my expectation with this sort of work. It looks terrific on camera and that’s what counts

I’ve seen quite a bit of demand for a video on this topic, and my Momentus XT sample is finally here, so I thought I’d give you guys the rundown on it while I “unbag” this very cool new product.

Finally got around to doing one for LGA1366. Sorry this took so long.

It ended up being exactly what I thought it was, but somehow it evaded me in the other video 🙁

Figured out what the problem was (sorta). Looks like it was related to the graphics card.

That aside, I end up running into a new problem getting all 24GB detected by the OS!

I had some people recommend that I run Vantage with PhysX enabled. Honestly I didn’t even remember that I turned it off, so here’s a run with it enabled.

Here I take a look at the total power drawn from the wall with 3D Mark Vantage and Prime95 running. I also take a look at how hot these cards get in a fairly warm room running 3D benchmarks.
