Day 1 recap. This time around we’re building a sweet “1955” Chevy. Why the quotes? Well, our ’55 body was crafted together out of new sheetmetal from Golden Star and will be sitting on a completely aftermarket chassis provided by CPP. So we have a week to turn a trimmed out and glass-filled shell into a running driving ride. It’s a lot of work, but we dig a challenge.

10-year-old Ruslan Yanklevich sends it over the Glamis canal and becomes the first and youngest to do so in a #SXS.

Ruslan is a part of GHZ Motorsports, co-owned by two deaf fathers, and as a KODA (a person existing in the deaf and hearing communities), who is pushing past boundaries by connecting through sign language and expanding the competitive driving world.
