Knockout artist Julian Marquez pulled off a major upset in August, making SportsCenter with his highlight-reel finish on Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series. Revisit that memorable fight, then see Marquez at work on the Las Vegas Strip and at UFC headquarters as he signs his contract to fight in the Octagon.

London mixologist Missy Flynn brings us her take on a shandy, the classic lemonade and beer drink she remembers from childhood holidays to Skegness.

In Missy’s shandy, lemonade gets swapped out for dandelion and burdock (a fermented soft drink similar to root beer) and mixed with Old Blue Last Beer. Add plenty of ice and garnish with edible flowers for instant seaside pub vibes, even in the depths of winter.
