Thanos will soon be wreaking havoc against the Avengers in their upcoming third team up film, Infinity War. But aside from sitting down on a space chair, Thanos honestly hasn’t done too much to get us nervous. But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be afraid for the Avengers. Thanos is one of the strongest beings in the entire Marvel Universe and can easily be labelled as overpowered after you see this list. He has it all. Just about every superpower you can think of, he has shown the ability to do. For instance, Thanos possesses superhuman strength, agility, reflexes, stamina and endurance. Already, things are getting serious. But it doesn’t end there. Thanos is clever, which makes him much more than a brute. Analysis and strength make for a sinister combo. He can also use magic though, being able to cast curses and manipulate energy and matter to his will. He can teleport thanks to his magic chair and when that isn’t around, the mad titan can actually fly. Oh-and if that wasn’t enough, Thanos has a healing factor like Deadpool and Wolverine, is generally invulnerable to physical and psychic attacks and can’t age or get sick. So he’s pretty much unstoppable. Oh-and this is before he has the Infinity Gauntlet and all the gems. Once he gets those, Thanos will become the strongest being the entire universe and will take one heck of a showdown to take him out. The Avengers better re-assemble and find some strong friends to save the galaxy!

Why Was Generals 2 Cancelled? – Investigating Command & Conquer

Following the release of Command and Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight in March of 2010, the future of the Command & Conquer series was uncertain. The acclaimed real-time strategy series had enjoyed an incredible heyday, with a procession of critically acclaimed titles across both personal computers and consoles. But EA Los Angeles’ Tiberian Twilight, which had vastly departed from the acclaimed real-time strategy series’ tenets, proved to be immensely unpopular with long-time fans and critics alike, casting the series’ future in doubt.

And yet, from its ashes, a new Command & Conquer title would emerge: Command & Conquer: Generals 2. Taking place after the events of Command & Conquer: Generals and its expansion, Zero Hour, Generals 2 – from what little information was made available of it – seemed a solid counter to Tiberian Twilight’s many mistakes; a return to the franchise’s roots powered by EA’s graphically impressive Frostbite engine.

But before fans could confirm whether or not Generals 2 was truly the reversion that the series needed, it was announced that the game would be converted into a free-to-play platform simply titled Command & Conquer. And that it would launch – in an aberration for the series – without a single-player campaign. Fans would rail against the game’s abrupt change in direction, prompting Victory Games, the game’s developers, to do their best to address fans’ concerns. But try as they might, Victory struggled to make headway on the project – until it was abruptly and unceremoniously cancelled.

This is the story of Command & Conquer: Generals 2.
