Gene Sperling was President Clinton’s National Economic Adviser and head of the National Economic Council from 1996-2000. Jackie Khor is Associate Director and manager of the Rockefeller Foundations Program Venture Experiment (ProVenEx). ProVenEx is an investment fund within the Foundation that extends loan guarantees and makes program-related and private equity investments to catalyze private sector capital into underserved sectors and geographies.

Jackie is responsible for making and managing ProVenEx investments and private sector partnerships in the following sectors that reflect the Foundation’s thematic programs: agriculture in sub-Saharan Africa, global public health, inner city employment and community development in the US, and the arts and culture.
