YouTube Leanback Tour

Try YouTube Leanback: http://www.youtube.com/leanback

In this video I give a full tour of the new YouTube feature Leanback. YouTube Leanback allows you to queue up a list of videos such as the top videos in a particular category that day, your own playlists, search results and more. The best part is all you have to do is start the videos and they will continue to play so you don’t have to do anything.

YouTube Leanback currently is in beta so there are a few glitches around and more features will likely be added soon but don’t let that stop you from trying it out. I am a big fan of Leanback so while it might not replace YouTube as we know it today there’s still no doubt it’s a great solution for being able to sit back and watch all the videos you like without having to do a thing.

Motorola Charm First Look

In this video I go over the Motorola Charm for T-Mobile. This portrait QWERTY keyboard phone runs Android 2.1 with MOTOBLUR as well as having a 2.8 inch touchscreen and a touchpad on the back dubbed the Backtrack. It also has two microphones (one for noise cancellation), built in Wi-Fi as well as a 3 megapixel camera.

The Motorola Charm is a very interesting device that pairs a fairly unique portrait form factor (similar to the Palm Pixi) with Android 2.1 and a touchpad. No word on how much the Charm will cost when it is available later this summer from T-Mobile.
