قرقيعان في الكويت وشرق السعودية أو قرقاعون في البحرين أو قرقنقعوه في قطر أو القرنقشوه في عمان الماجينة في العراق، هو تقليد سنوي ومناسبة تراثية يحتفل بها في بلدان الخليج العربي حتى اليوم حيث يطوف الأطفال في منتصف شهر رمضان خلال ليالي 13 و14 و15 رمضان ويرددون الأهازيج وتوزع الحلوى عليهم وتختلف الأهازيج بحسب المناطق أختلافاً بسيطاً وتتشابه في المضمون، ويرتدي الأطفال زياً معينا لهذه المناسبه، والتسميه مشتقه من (كلمة قرقعة) اي اصدار اصوات من مواد صلبه وهي صوت الأواني الحديدية التي تحمل الحلويات يضربون بها الاطفال بعضها ببعض.
