نصيحه قبل الإشتراك بالعقود السنويه او بالانترنت بأي شركة كانت
تراجعت شركة فاستلكو عن سياسه الاستخدام العادل بعد الضغط الهائل اللتي تعرضت له من قبل المواطنين واصحاب المواقع والمدونين.
واخيرا القرصنة اللتي تعرضت لها من قبل anonkuwait اللذي كان شعاره ((اللي يعتقد أن الحملة انتهت ونامت . نقولة الحملة توها بدأت)) وفعلا اعاد النشاط والحيويه لنا مره اخرى.
لذالك سوف اقدم بعض النصائح لمن اراد الاشتراك لديهم
.
اولا: لا انصح مهما كان بالاشتراكات السنويه والسبب معروف لدى الجميع عدم التزام الشركات بالعقد وتغيير السياسه بوضع سياسه الاستخدام العادل ودون الرجوع للعميل او استرجاع امواله على الاقل.
ثانياً: جميع الشركات بلا استثناء في عقودهم السنويه او الشهريه او حتي اليوميه شرط او مصيده (( يحق للشركه تغيير شروط العقد في اي وقت دون الرجوع للعميل )) وهو بمثابه خط رجعه لهم لتكون حجتهم بالمحاكم قويه انه تم التوقيع بموافقه العميل على هذا الشرط.
ثالثا: يحق للمشترك الجديد في اي شركة كانت قراءه العقد على اقل من مهله قبل التوقيع عليه (( وسوف تصادف ان الموظف سوف يقوم بأستعجال المعامله حتي تقوم بالتوقيع دون القراءه ومحاوله ازعاجك )) تستطيع وبكل ثقه تقول له(( انطم بركز )).
رابعاً: وهو مطلب اتمنى تطبيقه في حال توقف الانترنت لأي سبب من الاسباب يكون هناك تعويض بمعنى لو توقف يوم يكون هناك تعويض يوم لو توقف اسبوع يكون هناك تعويض اسبوع وليس مثل ماكان قبل يتوقف دون تعويض ولا حتى ساعه.
