تقدم مواطن يدعى نايف مطير العنزي بدعوى قضائية ضد إمارة مكة المكرمة، مفادها أن الإمارة حجبت فكرته بإنشاء “ساعة مكة” التي تقدم بها قبل “13” عاماً، مشيراً إلى أن تدشين الفكرة مؤخراً باسم مهندس فرنسي يعتبر تعدياً على حقوقه الأدبية والفكرية.
حيث بدأت الدائرة الثامنة بديوان المظالم بمكة المكرمة بالنظر في الدعوى، التي يقول صاحبها إنه تقدم باقتراح لأمير منطقة مكة آنذاك الأمير عبد المجيد بن عبد العزيز ، رحمه الله، عام 1420هـ الذي أيد الفكرة وطلب تقديمها بخطاب رسمي، مضيفاً Continue reading
