انترت مجموعة فديوهات على الانترنت يظهر فيها عبد الوسيم الواني الذي يقدم نفسه على أنه ملياردير قطري وهو يوزع الأموال والسيارات الفارهة في شوارع باريس. لكن البعثات الدبلوماسية القطرية في فرنسا لم تسمع به من قبل.الذي يظهر فيه الملياردير المفترض نشر في 5 سبتمبرالماضي ويظهر فيه عبد الوسيم الواني وهو يعطي محفظة تحوي مليون دولار لمتشرد في أحد شوارع باريس.
