المقادير : (1 عبوة سبانخ – 3 ملعقة كبيرة سماق -3 كوب دقيق -3-4 ملعقة كبيرة عصير ليمون – 2/1 كوب لبن – 7 حبات بصل متوسطة مفرومة ناعم – 3/1 كوب زيت زيتون – 2 ملعقة صغيرة خميرة – مذابة في 2/1 كوب ماء دافئ – رشة ملح – 2/1 كوب زيت ذرة).

طريقة الطهى :

ينخل الدقيق في مصفاة سلك على سطح ناعم. تضاف ملعقة صغيرة ملح و تخلط جيدًا مع الدقيق. يعمل حفرة صغيرة في وسط الدقيق.
ويخلط اللبن والزيت النباتي مع الخميرة المذابة وتملأ بها حفرة الدقيق.
ويقلب الدقيق فوق الحفرة تدريجياً باستخدام الأصابع ثم يعجن باليدين لمدة 20 دقيقة حتى يصبح العجين متماسك وغير لاصق بالسطح (يمكن إضافة المزيد من الدقيق في حالة استمرار التصاق العجين باليدين).
ويدهن العجين بقليل من الزيت ويوضع في وعاء كبير ثم يغطى بقطعة من القماش أو فوطة ويترك في مكان دافيء لمدة ساعة حتى تختمر العجينة و يتضاعف حجمها.

ويحضر حشو السبانخ إثناء تخمير العجين. تضاف ملعقة كبيرة ملح الى البصل المفروم ويترك لمدة 5 دقائق.

Uncle Al & Jack review the new Tom Cruise Sci-Fi post-apocalyptic alien-takeover epic, Oblivion official trailer on Trailer Hitch. Apparently bigfoot-style aliens have destroyed Earth leaving a few shattered monuments standing like a trashed pro football stadium where the last Superbowl was played and a rusty, crumbling Empire State Building. But what our hero, Tom Cruise, is actually doing, who he’s fighting, and what the hell is going on remain the key points of discussion for Jack and Uncle Al. Jack believes the aliens are mutant bears or yeti with H.R. Giger-like hoses protruding, while Al moans that without the NFL there is no civilization. There is also praise from Al for Morgan Freeman as a gangster-king of the post-apocalyptic underground, as well as his crazed insistence that women possess a “mopey look” in their “arsenals” that enable them to manipulate men. With references to Blade Runner, The Shawshank Redemption, All the Right Moves, and director/dp Michael Chapman.
