تفاعل العديد من الخليجيين مع ظاهرة “هارلم شيك” التي انتشرت رقصتها بشكل كثيف في موقع “يوتيوب”، حيث استنسختها مجموعة كبيرة من الشباب والمؤسسات عبر العالم.

وتتكون الرقصة التي تستغرق 30 ثانية من مقطعين، يتضمن الأول رقصاً فردياً عشوائياً يقوم به شخص واحد أمام جمع من الناس، ولكن ما يلبث أن يتحول الأمر إلى رقص جماعي بطريقة هسترية. ويرتدي راقصو “هارلم شيك” ملابس غريبة وأقنعة، ويقومون بحركات عشوائية ومرتجلة مصاحبة لأغنية الرقصة ذات الإيقاع السريع.
