تأجيل قضية تنظيم الإخوان في الإمارات

أجلت المحكمة الاتحادية العليا الإماراتية البت في القضية التي باتت تعرف بقضية تنظيم الإخوان المسلمين والتي يتهم فيها أربعة وتسعون شخصا إلى الحادي عشر من الشهر الجاري.

ومثل أمام القضاء أربعة وثمانون متهما بينهم ثلاث عشرة امرأة في حين أعلنت السلطات فرار ستة منهم والقبض على الآخرين.

ورفض المتهمون التهم الموجه إليهم، ووافقت المحكمة على طلبهم بالخضوع للعناية الطبية.

وتعد القضية الأكبر على مستوى دولة الإمارات من حيث عدد المتهمين.

ووجهت النيابة العامة للمتهمين تهما نفوها بينها مناهضة الحكم في دولة Continue reading →

نصيف تحذر من إمتداد الكويت الى أم قصر من خلال اللجنة الدولية

حذرت النائب عن ائتلاف العراقية الحرة عالية نصيف من امتداد الكويت الى منطقة أم قصر العراقية من خلال الحدود الجديدة التي تعمل على تحديدها اللجنة الدولية حاليا.

وقالت نصيف في بيان صحفي ان “اهالي البصرة أكدوا أن اللجنة الدولية التي تعمل حاليا على تحديد الحدود بين العراق والكويت وصلت الى مناطق تقع ضمن ام قصر امام مرأى الجميع وبإشراف الامم المتحدة، مما يستدعي موقفا عراقيا شعبيا وحكوميا وبشكل عاجل لإنهاء هذا التوغل الكويتي داخل الاراضي العراقية”.
