This a little series I have decided to make. I will compile what I believe to be the greatest quotes of animated cartoon characters proceeded by a clip show set to a song I feel embodies the Character,this time being Captain Marvel (Shazam). المكونات
4 حبة جزر متوسط.
بيضة واحدة.
فص ثوم مفروم ناعم.
ملعقة كبيرة مشمش جاف مُقطعاً صغير”منقوع في ماء دافئ”.
حبة بصل أخضر مُقطع قطعاً صغيرة.
3 ملعقة كبيرة بقسماط “خبز جاف مطحون”.
ملعقة كبيرة بقدونس طازج مفروم.
ملعقة كبيرة شبت طازج مفروم.
ملعقة كبيرة صنوبر مُحمَر.
ملعقة صغيرة نعناع جاف.
ملح وفلفل, حسب الرغبة.
كوب دقيق.
زيت للتحمير, حسب الرغبة.
طريقة التحضير
– يُقشر الجزر ويُسلق في كمية من الماء كافية أن تغطيه في وعاء على نار متوسطة حتى ينضج تماماً ويسهل هرسه.
– يُهرس الجزر بشوكة أو بمصفاة يدوية “لا يُنصح بهرسه باستخدام الخلاط الكهربائي حتى لا يصبح مطاطياً”.
– يُخفق البيض في وعاء عميق ثم تُضاف باقي المكونات ماعدا الدقيق والجزر مع التقليب جيداً حتى تتداخل المكونات.
– يُضاف الجزر المهروس إلى الخليط مع العجن الجيد باليد حتى نحصل على خليط متماسك يسهُل تشكيله.
– يُشكل الخليط على هيئة أصابع وتُرش بالدقيق حتى تُغطيه تماماً مع التخلص من الدقيق الزائد.
– يُسخن الزيت في مقلاة على نار متوسطة وتُحمر كفتة الجزر حتى تصبح ذهبية اللون ثم تُرفع على منشفة ورقية لامتصاص الزيت الزائد.
– تُقدم ساخنة أو دافئة مع سلطة الزبادي.
