Facebook could become a ‘one stop grooming shop’

There’s a warning that plans by Facebook to let users hide their social media posts, could allow online child sex abuse to go undetected.

The NSPCC says the tech company would become what it calls, ” a one stop grooming shop” if it goes ahead with the move.

Figures from the charity, say last year police in the UK recorded more than four thousand occasions, when Facebook or its messaging services were used in child sex abuse.

Vernon Unsworth is suing the billionaire over comments made during the Thai football team cave rescue. Elon Musk has denied any wrong doing.

‘That was funny’: Donald Trump caught on mic laughing about Trudeau jibe

It was meant to be a landmark summit – a celebration of NATO and the alliance’s success in helping to secure peace in Europe for 70 years.

But the meeting of world leaders ended in acrimony with Donald Trump calling the Canadian leader Justin Trudeau “two-faced”, before cancelling a planned news conference and flying home.

The cause was a video that appeared to show Mr Trudeau gossiping about the US president with – among others – Boris Johnson.

The fallout from that – and another spat with the French President Emmanuel Macron – overshadowed talks that were supposed to tackle the most significant threats to security in Europe and the world.

Former England fast bowler Bob Willis dies

Former England cricket captain Bob WIllis has died at the age of 70.

The fast bowler finished his test career with 325 wickets, putting him fourth in the all-time list of England wicket tackers. And after retiring, Willis enjoyed a successful career as a Sky commentator.

Brazil’s environment minister: ‘We are not destroying the world’s lungs’
