After months of wrangling in parliament, the prime minister has finally got MPs to back his Brexit deal.

With a newly elected majority government, the new Withdrawal Agreement passed easily by 359 votes to 234.

The bill should pave the way for the UK to leave the European Union on 31 January.

Anne Sacoolas, the wife of a US diplomat has been charged with causing the death of British teenager Harry Dunn by dangerous driving. Mrs Sacoolas was involved in a crash in which Mr Dunn died outside an RAF base in Northamptonshire in August.
