المكونات

10 اكواب سكر
4 اكواب ماء
ربع كوب عصير ليمون حامض طبيعي

توضع المكونات في طنجره عميقه على نار
اعلى من متوسطه حتى الغليان ثم تخفض
لادنى درجه غليان… وبعد مرور عشره دقائق
تضاف ملعقتي طاوله ماء زهر وملعقتي طاوله
ماء ورد… يستمر الطهي لدقيقتين اضافيتين
بعدها تطفئ النار ويسكب القطر في قناني زجاجيه
