كوبين سميد متوسط الخشونه
كوب ونصف سميد فرخه (الفرخه هي نفس السميد لكن ناعم جدا)
كوب سكر ناعم
نصف كوب حليب مجفف
ملعقه “شاي” محلب (المحلب هو منكه يضاف للمخبوزات خاصه الكعك)
نصف ملعقه “شاي” بايكنغ باودر
ربع ملعقه “شاي” ملح
تخلط المواد جيدا
في وعاء اخر يسكب ربع كوب مياه فاتره مع ملعقه “شاي” سكر وملعقه “شاي” خميره فوريه
تخلط المكونات وتترك بضعه دقائق حتى تتكون رغوه على سطحها ثم يضاف لها:
¾ كوب زبده مذابه
نصف كوب زيت نباتي (ممكن استبداله بالزبده)
ربع كوب حليب سائل بحراره الغرفه
ملعقتين “طاوله” ماء زهر
ملعقتين “طاوله” ماء ورد
تخلط المواد ثم تضاف للمواد الجافه وتعجن جيدا ثم تغطى وتخمر 4 ساعات او ليله كامله
تشكل الاقراص ثم تخبز في فرن محمى على حراره سفليه اولا بدرجه 350 فهرنهايت لحوالى 15 دقيقه ثم علويه بنفس الدرجه لحوالى 3 دقائق
هذه الوصفه تعطي 22 قرص حجم كبير
او 44 قرص حجم صغير
