Gordon is India this week on Scrambled while he was shooting Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted. After being inspired by the amazing spices of the Kerala region of India, he’s decided to whip up a spicy Scrambled Egg Roti. But this is not a breakfast taco, this all Indian and one of Gordon’s best breakfasts yet!

Salmon Medallions – Food Wishes

When I buy salmon fillets, I always ask for center cuts, since they’re the thickest, most uniform cut, which means they’re the easiest to cook, and have less chance of drying out. However, sometimes we end up with the much thinner tail piece, and when that happens, this medallion technique will save the day.

Whole Plum Tart (FAIL) – Food Wishes

It may not look like it (or maybe it does), but this was one of the worst pastries I’ve ever made. The taste was bad, the texture was terrible, and I wasted a bunch of perfectly fine homegrown plums. Having said that, you’ll probably enjoy the video all the same. What a disaster!
