اخلط الحليب والطحين جيدا ثم اضف البيض واخفق حتى الاندماج التام
ادهن مقلاه مضاده للصق بطبقه خفيفه من الزيت او الزبده واسكب الخليط على حراره متوسطه مع المراقبه حتى اشقرار البيض من الجانبين.. والف صحه من قناه ايهاب بلانت
