طريقه عمل الرز بحليب التركي Sütlaç

يوضع نصف كوب ارز ابيض مقشور (مغسول) في قدر
يضاف اليه كوبان ماء
تشغل النار على حراره معتدله حتى الغليان
تخفض الحراره لادنى درجه غليان ثم يغطى القدر ويترك ٢٠ دقيقه حنى ينطهي الارز كليا
يضاف اليه ٥ اكواب حليب سائل كامل الدسم
كوب سكر
نصف كوب نشاء
تحرك المواد حتى يذوب النشاء كليا
ترفع الحراره مجددا مع التحريك الدائم
حتى يلزج الخليط
تخفض الحراره (مع التحريك الدائم)
يضاف ظرف فانيلا (نصف ملعقه ش.)
يطهى الخليط (مع التحريك الدائم) لحوالى ٣ دقائق بعدها يرفع القدر عن النار ويسكب
السوتلاش في اكواب مضاده للحراره
توضع الاكواب في صينيه عميقه
تغمر الصينيه الى الربع او المنتصف بالماء
توضع في الفرن على الرف العلوي الاقرب من النار وعلى حراره معتدله مع المراقبه حتى يتجمر سطح اكواب السوتلاش ويكتسب لون اشقر جميل

يؤكل ساخن او بارد

ملاحظه هامه: في مشهد التذوق بدى السوتلاش مائع لانه كان ساخنا لكن لو ترك ٤ ساعات او ليله كامله بالبراد سيجمد ويقطع مثل القشطه تماما
