At this school, physics are unexplainable, history is unavoidable, and biology is unidentifiable. And as for physical education – well, it’s extracurricular.

A shy social outcast, Cassie Hughes (CHRISTINA COLE, Casino Royale, Doctor Who) desperately wants to fit in at her cliquish English boarding school, Medenham Hall – but is only loved by her lesbian roommate and best friend Thelma (JEMIMA ROOPER, One Man Two Guvnors, Kinky Boots).

While stopping for a cigarette in one of the old buildings on campus, Cassie’s future is forever altered when she unearths some hidden ancient artifacts – which leave her cursed with supernatural powers with a terrifying link to the past, and bewildered and terrified by the visions and voices that begin haunting her.

However, Cassie’s tragic fate is sealed by the appearance of Azazeal (MICHAEL FASSBENDER), the leader of the Nephelim – fallen angels who were banished from heaven for tasting the pleasures of mortal women, and who kidnaps Thelma in order to get to the one human sacrifice he’s really after…Cassie.

Soon, Cassie embarks on the ultimate journey of discovery as the man she should fear most finds a way into her heart and places her on a collision course with tragedy.

It’s October 16, 1864 – and Detectives Corcoran (Tom Weston-Jones, MI-5) and O’Brien (Dylan Taylor, Covert Affairs) are charged with solving a peculiar double murder. As the detectives weigh the evidence, affairs and deception come together in a surprising case of revenge gone wrong.

Five Points gathers to watch the exhibition fight between Jasper Longfield and “Irish” Jake McGinnis. But as the boxing match continues, it becomes apparent that there is more riding on this fight than meets the eye. As racial tensions flare in the final moments, Robert Morehouse (Kyle Schmid, Blood Ties) is forced to make a decision that will affect the security of Five Points and New York City at large.

And, rebellious Annie continues to terrorize an impatient Elizabeth (Anastasia Griffiths, Damages). Desperate to reform the wayward child, Elizabeth feels she has only one option.

In 1864, he was New York’s Finest. COPPER is a gripping crime series set in 1860s New York City, and centers on Kevin Corcoran, an intense, rugged Irish-immigrant cop working the city’s notorious Five Points neighborhood. Corcoran is struggling to maintain his moral compass in a turbulent world while on an emotional and relentless quest to learn the truth about the disappearance of his wife and the death of his daughter.
