Sony, one of the kings of technology and gaming. Today, Sony’s Playstation is a titan for console gaming and for good reason. From good hardware to amazing exclusives and more, Sony has shown they can roll with the best of them when it comes to gaming. We remember playing hit games like Final Fantasy 7 and Crash Bandicoot, and none of that would be possible without Playstation. Of course, the path to success is never a straight line, and Playstation is no exception.
While we could make a whole video praising Sony for their marvel of technology, it would be a disservice if we didn’t talk about Playstation’s failures. Let’s be honest, if the internet has taught us anything it’s that watching someone fail is 100 times more entertaining than watching someone succeed. For every great stride Playstation has taken, there is a glaring failure. Of course, we want to take the time to say we don’t hate Sony for these failures. The road to success is paved with failures. From one of the biggest hacks in gaming history to some of Sony’s more awkward moments, we will be counting down some of the biggest Playstation failures Sony would like you to forget.
