Back when we were little kids, going to GameStop was one of the most fun things to do. Begging your parents to buy you a new game was amazing when it worked, but disappointing when it failed. However, now that we’re adults, it’s no longer as awesome as we once thought. It turns out that working at GameStop isn’t the best job in the world after all. Well, to be honest, we learned that working in retail in any capacity is never a good time. That being said, you do learn about human nature, communication, professionalism and integrity. Well, GameStop doesn’t have too much integrity as a company anymore, but did it ever have any to begin with?

Okay, we’ll be honest, we still go there from time to time, but the company has done some shady things they like to keep top secret. We all believe they don’t have their customers’, or even their employees for that matter, best interests at heart. Now, GameStop isn’t a villain by any means, but they haven’t done things right when it comes to certain situations.

That’s exactly what we’ll be focusing on in today’s video. From the way they treat their employees to the way they buy used games and sell them as new ones, there are so many things GameStop likes to keep under wraps. GameStop is one of the last of the larger chains of physical game stores and with digital downloads become more and more popular, exactly what risks are they willing to take?
