Canada and Morocco faced off in their third matches of the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Within minutes, Morocco took a 1-0 lead after Hakim Ziyech took advantage of a mistake from Canada’s goalkeeper. Croatia and Belgium squared off in the final group stage matchup at the 2022 FIFA World Cup. The first half was a slow one as there were no shots on goal by either team. There was a penalty called in the box for Belgium but it was taken away due to offside position. Belgium had their best chance of the game in the second half when Yannick Carrasco’s shot went off the goalkeeper and Romelu Lukaku followed up, but his shot hit the post.
