ثلاث بيضات
زيت زيتون او زيت نباتي او زبده

التطبيق
——–

افصل الصفار عن البياض وضع كل منهما في وعاء مختلف

بواسطه مشبك او شوكه اخفق جيدا البياض اولا ثم الصفار

ادهن مقلاه مضاده للصق بطبقه خفيفه من الزيت او الزبده واسكب البياض اولا على حراره هادئه جدا, غطي المقلاه واتركه حتى النضوج ثم اسكبه على خشبه تقطيع وضعه جانبا

اقلي الصفار بنفس الطريقه واسكبه بجانب الصفار

بواسطه قطاعات كوكيز كبيره وصغيره قطع دوائر في البياض والصفار ثم بدل مكانها منسقا الالوان حتى تصبح بشكل هدف

رش فوقها ملح وبهار من اختيارك والف صحه من قنات ايهاب بلانت
