في هذا الفيديو نحذرك للإسراع إلى تغيير كلمة السر لشبكتك ، حيث كشف تطبيق WiFi Finder ، الذي يهدف إلى تحديد نقاط WiFi المجانية ، عن كلمات مرور الشبكة لأكثر من مليوني مستخدم للإنترنت. سمح لأي شخص بالبحث في شبكات Wi-Fi في المناطق القريبة وتحميل كلمات المرور المعنية في قاعدة بيانات حتى يتمكن الآخرون استخدامها.
يوضح مطورو WiFi Finder أن تطبيقهم يتيح للمستخدمين تحميل كلمات مرور شبكة Wi-Fi العامة من أجهزتهم ليستخدمها شخص آخر ، ومع ذلك ، كشفت Sanyam Jain ، وهي باحثة أمنية وعضو في مؤسسة GDI ، لـ Tech Crunch أنه لم تكن جميع الشبكات عامة بالفعل ، وكان كثير منها خاصًا.
