With the hotly anticipated upcoming Venom stand alone movie, fans everywhere are buzzing about Venom. How will this movie stack up to decades of comic book legend? Will Tom Hardy be the right actor to carry the huge load of playing such an iconic character? Will this movie make up for the unfortunate experience of Spider Man 3? With all of this buzz going around, we thought we’d take the time to get to know the mysterious Venom just a little bit better, and share some amazing facts about him that even the most die hard comic fans might not know. Like the fact that Eddie Brock hasn’t been Venom for a while now, but has actually moved on to Toxin. Or the fact that sometimes Venom is actually a good guy, like when inhabited by Flash Thompson, and sometimes he is a full on cannibal with a taste for squirrels when his host is Mac Gargan. There is a ton of info about his history in the comics, like that he was originally supposed to be a woman, he has been a Guardian of the Galaxy and an Avenger, can control cars, is fueled by his hatred of Spider Man as well as the adrenaline that Eddie Brock has because of his cancer. Hank Azaria was the original voice of the animated Venom, he craves brains and also chocolate, first appeared in The Amazing Spider Man issue #300, was banished from his home planet and worn by Deadpool for the first time, and more! There is so much to learn about this amazing character before catching the movie when it opens, so tune in and enjoy!

I noticed that people were still commenting on the original recently and when I saw the original resolution was topped at 240p I thought, well that’s just sad. I’ve also been playing a lot of Spider-Man on PS4 so I’m in a serious Spidey mood right now. But mostly We’re re uploading to preserve one of our favorite episodes. So Please enjoy a trip down memory lane with one of our most special HISHEs. Originally created in 2007. It’s held a spot in our top ten bracket for as long as the channel has been alive. It’s the first episode we ever attempted a “from start to finish” style with multiple scenes in a short. And (what most people don’t know) this episode is the one that marks the decision to officially try and make HISHE my full time job and no longer be just a hobby. I was trying to make videos in my free time on the side best I could back then and because of that this video took around 6 months to complete. After Spider-Man 3, the decision was made to just go for it. Soon after that I left my job and went full time HISHE. Many of my personal friends came to be a part of this episode, and many of the names in these credits still help me create shorts today along with several new ones.
When I look back on this episode it makes me smile so I wanted to dust off the old project and upgrade it from the lousy 240p the original copy is in. (which wasn’t as simple as just hitting SAVE AS actually. I had to rebuild some shots, We don’t make’m like this anymore) Anyway hope you guys enjoy. And if you’re one of the people who remember the original version, Thank you so much for helping me take this leap in life.

Part 4 of Ultimate Adventure 2018. We awoke on Day Five in Ellenville, New York, at Northeast Off-Road Adventure facility. With 68 acres of trails running from beginner to expert, we restyled Rick Pewe’s hair after he lost a bet, locked the hubs, and hit the trail….and the trail hit back, pitching the Warn Golden Eagle LJ onto its lid. With the first rollover of UA2018 out of the way, we picked up the glass, thanked our EMT for making sure all occupants were okay, and then soldiered on, wrapping up our on-trail fun before heading to Red Hook, New York, to gawk at historic aircraft and early 20th century mechanical memorabilia at the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome. Then we snaked through New York, cut through a corner of Pennsylvania on a historic toll bridge, hoofed it through a slice of New Jersey, and then arrived back into Pennsylvania where we headed due west for the Millersburg Ferry. Ending the day across the Susquehanna River on a vintage paddle wheel ferry is how it’s done on Ultimate Adventure. Be sure to check out this episode!
