The MCU as a whole has been incredible. Heroes are introduced, story arcs are developed, and then everything comes together for huge films like The Avengers and Captain America: Civil War. One of the biggest problems with connecting all of these films is finding a proper timeline to ensure all of the events make sense. Even though the timeline started out strong, there are multiple issues that cannot be ignored.

One of the biggest errors with the MCU timeline was the introduction of Spider-Man. The deal came well into Marvel’s Phase 3 and forced some major changes to make the character young and youthful. As part the Spider-Man inclusion, the film created a major timeline error that does not fit with other films. Another character who flubbed up the timeline was Vision. The character states something that would screw up the timeline. In Doctor Strange’s stand alone film, there are many instances where the dates are shown, but do not actually make sense when applied to other film timelines. Over the past couple of years, there has been a huge increase in productions where the timelines will only get more complicated as films enter different timelines and spread the MCU across space and time. Timeline complications are bound to occur with the release of Captain Marvel because the film is actually set in the 1990s and not a part of the current timeline. Michael B Jordan
Michael B Jordan quite literally killed it as Killmonger in the recent Marvel hit Black Panther. But he was almost cast in a popular DC films just a few years ago.
Bradley Cooper
Although you can’t technically see this actor in the MCU (he voices Rocket Raccoon in the Guardians of the Galaxy films) he definitely has his place. But almost 7 years ago, he came close to starring in a DC flop.
Scarlett Johansson
Scarlett has been kicking butt as Black Widow in the MCU since 2010. Before the MCU even existed though, she came close to playing an iconic role in a DC film.

For many of us, RPG games were a vital part of growing up and the stories were intriguing and kept us coming back for more, but when is a game too mature for children?

It may look easy to distinguish between a mature game and a children’s title, but it’s not always necessarily the case with a JRPG. It may look like colorful characters and bubbly sidekicks in the cover art, but if you’ve ever played a JRPG, you know never to judge a game by its cover.

Final Fantasy Tactics is a great example of a game which might be too mature for a certain age group, even if Final Fantasy is mostly now made up of games which could be played by children. The Final Fantasy series wasn’t always fantastical and whimsical and the older games are made up of pretty complex battle systems as well as a darker storyline.

Xenogears was also toned down for a younger audience although it was not always the way the Xenosaga made it out to be. The game had some pretty intense psychological themes where you were battling with many inner demons and the main character’s storyline was a dark and twisted mess you had to work through as a player. It wasn’t exactly suitable for children.

Parasite Eve eventually ended up with a Mature rating, but before its release, it was given a Teen rating which made some gamers too young to have the ability to try their hand at it. Let’s just say it’s really mature and violent and the mutated monsters will haunt you for weeks, even if you’re an adult.
