المكونات:

٣ بيضات حجم كبير
ربع ملعقه “شاي” ملح
نصف ملعقه “شاي” فانيلا

تخفق المواد حتى تتجانس

يضاف اليها:

كوب سكر
كوب حليب بحراره الغرفه
نصف كوب زيت نباتي
ملعقتي “شاي” بايكنغ باودر
رشه قرفه
رشه جوزه الطيب

تخلط المواد جيدا ثم ينخل فوقها كوبين طحين
تخلط ثم يضاف اليها خمس اكواب زبيب باحجام واصناف مختلفه

تقلب جيدا ثم تسكب في قالب مضاد للصق ومزيت
وتخبز في فرن محمى مسبقا على حراره سفليه اولا
بدرجه ٣٥٠ فهرنهايت لحوالى ٥٥ دقيقه ثم علويه
بنفس الدرجه لحوالى ٥ دقائق
