فيسنا فولفويك Vulovic Vesna نجت من هجوم ارهابى رهيب فى يناير 1972 فقد كانت مضيفة طيران على متن الطائرةdc9 التى أنطلقت من كوبنهاغن الى بلغراد وقد زرعت جماعة أوستاشى الكرواتية الانفصالية قنبلة فى قسم البضائع بالطائرة وبالفعل انفجرت الطائرة على أرتفاع أرتفاع 33000 قدم وتحطمت على الجبال ولكن العجيب أن المضيفة نجت المضيفة ( فيسنا ) نجت من الحادث فقد كانت تجلس فى ذيل الطائرة

فرانس سيلايك Frane Selak المعروف عالمياً بأكثر انسان محظوظ فى العالم فقد نجا من تحطم قطار و تحطم حافلة وأنفجار طائرة وأحتراق سيارتة وحادثتان أخريتان بالسيارة ثم ربح مليون دولا فى اليانصيب و( سيلايك ) رجل كان الحظ دائماً الى جوارة وبدأت تجاربة مع الموت عندما كان على متن قطار خرج عن مسارة فجأة منحدراً فى نهر متجمد وأستطاع الهروب بذراع مكسور وخدوش طفيفة وبعدها بعام واحد سافر على متن طائرة حيث أنفجر الباب بعيداً عن قمرة القيادة وأنفجرت الطائرة وأسفر الحادث عن وفاة 19 شخص وكان (سيلايك ) محظوظا للهبوط على كومة قش ومن بعدها حادث سيارة ومن ثم تحطم حافلة ليأتى أخيراً الفوز باليانصيب

جو سيمسون Joe Simpson كان أول من تسلق قمة جبل siula فى جبال الانديز هو وصديق له ولكن لسوء الحظ انجرف سيمسون الى القاع من على أرتفاع 100 قدم وأنتهى به الامر فى أخدود جليدى وعر ظل فيه ثلاث أيام حتى أستطاع الزحف الى معسكر قريب
