وزارة الصحة السعودية تحذر من “برغر” مخلوط بلحوم الخيول

حذرت وزارة الصحة المديريات العامة للشؤون الصحية في كل مناطق المملكة والمستشفيات التخصصية والمدن الصحية من استخدام لحوم البقر المفروم “البرغر” المنتج من مصنعي “سلفركرست” و”لحوم ليفي” في أيرلندا، بعد رصد وزارة الخارجية قيام المصنعين بعملية غش تجاري متمثلة في خلط لحوم البقر المفروم المستخدم في شطائر البرغر البقري مع لحوم خيول.

ووفق ما نشرته صحيفة “الحياة” بطبعتها السعودية، شددت الوزارة في خطاب سري على ضرورة إتلاف تلك المنتجات إن وجدت، مؤكدة أن شروط ومواصفات التغذية تنص على أنه يجب أن تكون Continue reading →
