هل تتزوج بامرأة تكبرك سنا؟
أجريت دراسة ألمانية حول فارق السن بين الزوجين، هذه الدراسة شملت أكثر من مليوني زوج وزوجة من جنسيات متعددة عبر الانترنت، وتوصلت إلى أربع حقائق، الأولى أن الزوجة التي ترتبط برجل أصغر سنا منها، تتعرض للرفض من قبل مجتمعها، ما يؤدي إلى زيادة في احتمال وفاتها، وبالمقابل الرجل الذي يرتبط بزوجة تصغره سنا يعيش في راحة ويعتني بنفسه أكثر وبالتالي يعيش أطول، وهناك حقيقة ثالثة، أن الرجل الذي يتزوج بامرأة تكبره سنا، تزيد احتمال وفاته بنسبة ثلاثين في المائة، بينما الزوجة التي تقترن برجل يكبرها فهي تعتني به وتهمل نفسها. فما مدى صحة هذه الدراسة،وهل يمكن إجراؤها في مجتمعنا، وما هو رأي الأزواج المغاربة في هذه الحقائق الأربع؟

وقت التحضير : 15 بالدقائق
وقت الطهي : 30 بالدقائق
المقادير :
كوب من الفريك
7 أكواب ماء
نصف ملعقة طعام فلفل أبيض
2 حبة طماطم متوسطة
1 بصلة كبيرة
ملعقة كبيرة زيت
نصف كيلو لحم بعظمه
ربع ملعقة ملح
1 ملعقة طعام صلصة
طريقة التحضير :
تقشر البصلة وتفرم فرمًا ناعمًا.
تنظف اللحمة وتقطع قطعًا صغيرة جدًا.
يوضع اللحم في القدر ثم يزاد إليه الزيت والبصل ويوضع على النار.
يقلب المزيج وتضاف إليه الصلصة والطماطم المقطعة.
تحرك الطبخة على النار ثم يرش عليها الملح والفلفل الأبيض.
تسكب المياه فوق المزيج وتترك حتى تغلي لمدة ساعة.
يغسل الفريك، يصفى ويضاف إليها، ويطهى حتى ينضج.
تغرف شوربة الفريك بالزبدية وتقدّم ساخنة.

وقت التحضير : 15 بالدقائق
وقت الطهي : 5 بالدقائق
المقادير :
3 حبات طماطم متوسطة الحجم ومقسمة إلى نصفين
رشة ملح وفلفل
1 كوب صغير برغل خشن
1/4 1 كوب ماء ساخن
2 ملعقة كبيرة زيت زيتون
1/2 كوب صغير جبنة بارميزان مبشورة
نعناع طازج مفروم
طريقة التحضير :
في قدر على النار يضاف الماء ساخن وملعقة زيت زيتون ورشة ملح ثم يضاف إليه البرغل المغسول والمنقوع والمصفّى.
يترك المزيج ليغلي لمدة 5 دقائق ثم تخفف الحرارة ويترك على نار هادئة لمدة 10 دقائق.
تقسّم حبّات الطماطم ويفرغ داخلها بواسطة ملعقة صغيرة.
تتبّل بالقليل من الملح والفلفل ثم يحشى كل نصف بمقدار ملعقة كبيرة من البرغل.
ترشّ جبنة البارميزان وتدخل تحت شواية الفرن لمدّة دقائق حتى تصبح ذهبية اللون.
تخرج من الفرن ويضاف لها قطرات زيت زيتون ونعناع طازج.
تقدم كمقبلات مع أطباق اللحم أو الدجاج.
