1 كيلو غرام من قطع الدجاج
2 كوب من أرز بسمتي
2 بصلة كبيرة الحجم مقطعة
1 ملعقة صغيرة من الكركم
1 كوب طماطم المقطعة
1 ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق اللومي المجفف أو 2 حبة لومي
3 فصوص ثوم
1 ملعقة صغيرة هيل مطحون
1 ملعقة صغيرة قرفة مطحونة
½ كوب كزبرة مفرومة ناعم
½ كوب بقدونس مفروم ناعم
1 ملعقة صغيرة كاري
1 ملعقة صغيرة بهارات مشكلة
2 عود قرفة
زيت أو زبدة
ملح وفلفل

محشي الكرنب بالخطوات والفيديو
طريقة تحضير مكبوس الدجاج
– قلّي البصل المقطع بالزيت أو الزبده حتى يذبل
– أضيفي البهارات والكركم إلى البصل وقلبي الخليط لمدة دقيقتين
– أضيفي قطع الدجاج إلى البصل أيضاً وابدئي بالتقليب حتى تكتسب اللون البني
– أضيفي الطماطم والكاري والثوم واللومي والقرفة والهيل والملح والفلفل والبقدونس والكزبرة الى الدجاج
– اغمري الدجاج بالماء الساخن ودعيه يغلي على نار هادئة لمدة 30 دقيقة حتى ينضج
– ثم أضيفي الأرز فوقه، وأضيفي قليلاً من الماء السخن إذا لزم الأمر ودعي الأرز ينضج على نار هادئة.
