الرؤوس السوداء غالباً ماتظهر على الأنف والذقن والجبين وتظهر نتيجة تراكم الدهون وعدم التنظيف العميق للبشرة , كما أن المنتجات التي تستخدم لإزالة هذه الرؤؤس قد تكون مكلفة , لذا نقدم لكِ القناع التالي لمعالجة الرؤوس السوداء.

 

1- إزجي 3 ملاعق عسل + ملعقة قرفة في وعاء صغير.
2- إخلطي المكونات جيداً حتى تحصلي على عجينة.
3- إستخدمي حمام الخار أولاً ليساعد على فتح المسام.
4- وجههي بشرتك جهة البخار بزاوية أقل من 45 درجة.
5- ضعي القناع على البشرة ودلكي البشرة بإستخدام أصابعك في حركات دائرية.
6- إتركي القناع على البشرة طوال الليل وإستيقظي في الصباح وقومي بتقشيره بالماء الدافئ وجففي وجهك بمنشفة نظيفة.

كرري القناع مرتين أسبوعياً للتخلص من البثور السوداء.
