كشف الدكتور وليد الطبطبائي أن “مجموعة من الشيعة في الكويت أعلنت عن تأسيس جيش شيعي احتياطي تدّعي أنه للدفاع عن الكويت وحماية النظام. هذا الجيش لابد أنه يحتاج للتسلح”، كاشفاً أن مَنْ أعلن عن هذا الجيش “شخصية مما يسمّى تجمع ثوابت الشيعة”.
