فجأة وبدون مقدمات، طفت قضية الإعدامات في العراق على السطح وكأنها اكتشاف جديد لبعض السياسيين. تاريخ الإعدامات في العراق قديم قدم الطين والنهر، وحكاية الإعدام في حقبة صدام فيها الكثير مما قيل ومما لم يقل، وقد قرأت حكماً بالإعدام منطوقه “يعدم حتى الموت عشرين مرة بالتعاقب” كيف؟ لا أدري.
موضوعنا الآن هو الإعدامات في الحقبة الحالية، والتي تصدت لها منذ سنوات منظمات دولية غير حكومية كمنظمة العفو الدولية وهيومان رايتس ووتش وغيرهما من منطلق إنساني، فبعد توقف لمدة سنة تقريباً بعد غزو العراق عادت أحكام الإعدام مرة أخرى في 2004، وقد تم الحكم منذ ذلك الوقت على قرابة 1200 شخص بالإعدام حسب المفوض الدولي الخاص بالإعدام التعسفي، ولا تعلن الحكومة العراقية تفاصيل عن تلك الأحكام، ولا هوية المتهمين، ولا أسباب الحكم، وخصوصاً أن هناك 50 جريمة عقوبتها الإعدام، إلا أن السنتين الأخيرتين شهدتا زيادة ملحوظة في التنفيذ حيث أعدم 68 شخصا في 2011، وأعدم في الاسبوع الماضي 26 شخصاً ليصبح إجمالي الذين تم إعدامهم في ما مضى من 2012، 96 شخصاً منهم شخص سعودي وآخر سوري وثلاث نساء حسب الووتش. وقد تم اعتماد تنفيذ إعدام 196 شخصاً في محافظة الأنبار منذ أسبوع في عملية تسريع لتنفيذ الإعدام ترتب عليها جدل واسع في البرلمان العراقي، وترتب على ذلك Continue reading
