حالة غريبة مثيرة للجدل خاصة بفتاة يمنية تدعى صبورة حسن فقيه في العشرينات من عمرها من منطقة باجل بمحافظة الحُديدة غرب اليمن عندما تبكي فتتحول دموعها إلى حصى متحجّرة، وتعرقُ فيخرج الدم من مسامها.

قالت صبورة حسن فقيه إن بداية الحكاية كان منذ حوالي 6 أشهر، وتحديداً بعد زواجها مباشرةً، إذ بدأت تنتابها حالات إغماء تدوم أحياناً أربع ساعات و انتفاخ كبير في البطن يجعل شكلها تشبه المرأة الحامل في شهورها الأخيرة، ولاحظت أنها عندما تتعرق فتفرز مسامها إفرازات دموية.
وقام أهلها بإسعافها لكن الأطباء عجزوا عن تشخيص حالاتها، واكتفوا بما تفيد به نتائج الفحوص بأنها سليمة من أي مرض.
كما فوجئت بأنها حينما تبكي فإن دموعها السائلة تخرج متحجرة على صورة حصى صغيرة متباينة الأحجام لا يقل حجم الواحدة منها عن حجم نملة صغيرة، ولم يقتصر ذلك على دموع عيونها، بل وكذلك من أذنيها أيضاً.
