All hail the king! It´s done. The “Baustelle” has a new regent. In the biggest session the world-famous street spot “Kulturforum” has ever seen, 50 skateboarders from 15 nations were fighting for the crown. The downhill course was certainly a skateboarder’s paradise. The Australian Shane O´Neill, came, saw and won – with an incredible combo of a nollie nosegrind at the long hubba, a perfect switchflip out of the kicker and a nollie backside heelflip at the stairs.

In der größten Session, die der weltbekannte Street-Spot am Berliner Kulturforum jemals gesehen hat, kämpften am Samstag, den 07. Juli, 50 Skateboarder aus 15 Nationen um die Krone. Vor den begeisterten Zuschauern gaben sie beim Red Bull Bomb the Line Alles für die beste Line. Drei Obstacles, 100 Meter, 50 Skater — doch am Ende kann es nur einen König geben. Und der musste nicht nur Wind, Wetter und 49 Mitstreitern trotzen, sondern in einem packenden Finale seinen Namen mit der einen besten Line in das Granit der Baustelle meißeln. Shane O’Neill, das australische Wunderkind, kam, sah und siegte – mit einer fetten Combo aus Nollie Nosegrind an der langen Hubba, ein perfekter Switchflip aus dem Kicker und einem Nollie Backside Heelflip an den Zehnerstufen. Zweiter wurde der Wuppertaler Mark Frölich, vor dem Schweden Josef Scott Jatta.
