تقرير عن معاناتي مع شركة مدى للأنترنت !!
قبل انا ابدأ ذكرت في السابق انني لن اجامل على حساب زوار المدونه فأن حصل معى ولو خطأ واحد من اي شركه سوف اذكرها وان وجدت التعاون والتجاوب من الشركات سوف اذكرها من باب الامانه في النقل
في بدايه حملة الانترنت والكبح ( سياسة الاستخدام العادل ) اللتي نظمتها شركات الانترنت الاربعه حاولت البحث عن بديل ووجدت شركة مدى في بدايتها تقريباً وذكرت هذا الشئ في هذا الموضوع اضغط هنا
وكذاك قمت بدعمها بدون مقابل بسبب قيام الشركات الاربع على الاتفاق ضد المستخدمين بسياسة الاستخدام العادل .. واحمد الله ان قوقل يدعم الرابط عند كتابة (شركة مدى) سوف تجد الرابط في محرك البحث واللذي سوف اقوم بتحويلة الي هذه التدوينه حتى لا اكسب ذنب من سوف يشترك في مدى بسبب نصيحتي له.
هذه السرعات اللتي توصلت لها في بداية اشتراكي بهذه الشركة بتاريخ 2872011 وكنت لا اعرف عن قضيه يجب البحث عن مكان يلتقط الاشاره بقوه وبعد اتصالي بالدعم الفني اخبروني بهذه الطريقه وبالفعل نجحت.
وبعد ان عدلت مكان الراوتر حتى يستقبل الاشاره بالشكل المطلوب حصلت على سرعات ممتازه رغم اني اجد بطئ في بعض الاحيان ولا اعلم السبب رغم ان السرعات جيده وجميع السجلات للسرعات موجوده ومسجله لكثرتها لا استطيع ارفاقها وهي في تذبذب ولكن سوف ارفع اقصى سرعه توصلت لها قبل ان تبدأ المشكلة قبل اربع شهور
بعدها بدأت المشكلة اللتي اعاني منها منذ مده وكل مره اتصل عليهم يقولون لي تطوير !! اربع اشهر تطوير !! والله لو ان الشركه خلال الاشهر الاربعه طورت فعلا لوجدنا سرعاتها تفوق ال 20 لكن لا اعلم عن اي شي يتحدثون بالتطوير!!
رغم ان الاشاره في وضعها السليم والاستقبال ممتاز السرعه لا تتجاوز ال 1 ميقا
تم عمل تيست ثلاث مرات واليكم النتائج

تم الاتصال بهم اكثر من مره ولدي تكت اخير لم يغلق بعد وطلبت زياره الدعم الفني للمنزل حتى يحلون لي المشكله وقالوا لي خلال اسبوع معاناة لها اربع شهور قلت استحمل هذا الاسبوع ولكن لم يزورني الفني ولا حتى تم الاتصال بي للعلم طلب زياره الفني كانت بتاريخ 2752012 يعني لهم الان 9 ايام
بالنهايه سوف يتم التنويه على هذا الموضوع بأدراج تنويه في الموضوع القديم اللذي قمت بدعم الشركه فيه حتي ابرئ ذمتي امام الله
لو احتاجت شركة مدى عن اي تفاصيل يمكنهم طلبها بالتعليقات امام الجميع وسوف يتم مناقشه المشكله امام الجميع الي ان يتم حلها
