Democrat Tom Barrett conceded to Republican Gov. Scott Walker in Wisconsin’s recall election on Tuesday, calling for Walker to do “what is right for Wisconsin families.”

Republican Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker retained his seat in a recall election, defeating Democrat challenger Tom Barrett. In a speech Tuesday night, Walker said the election indicated voters want leaders who make tough decisions and vowed to move WI forward.
