1) Enchant 4-part (ring, necklace, helmet, gloves) suit of 25%+ “fortify skill: alchemy” gear.
2) Craft “fortify: enchanting” potions
3) Use these potions to build a new and better 4-part suit of “fortify skill: alchemy” gear
4) Equip new alchemy gear, create “fortify: enchanting” and “fortify: smithing” potions
5) Create 4-part suit (ring, necklace, chestpiece, gloves) of “fortify: smithing” gear
6) Craft your armor and weapons of choice
7) Equip your 4-part “fortify: smithing” gear
8) Drink your “fortify: smithing” potion
9) Improve gear
10) Drink your “fortify: enchanting” potion
