12 Teraflops, 16GB of RAM, 8k visuals, 120 frames per second gameplay, a Solid State Drive, Ray-tracing. The Xbox Series X is going to change the gaming world as we know it, but are all of these specs enough to set the console apart from Sony’s PlayStation 5? We certainly think so. There’s much more to the the Xbox Series X than just these specs, as the console is loaded with interesting features — like Smart Delivery and Xbox Play Anywhere — that could very well give it enough ammunition to finally slay the beast that is the PS5. We’ll talk about all that and get into why PC gaming may be the key for Microsoft to best Sony.

The Xbox is going to be one heck of a powerful machine. 12 Teraflops means the console is twice as powerful as the Xbox One X and eight times as powerful as the Xbox One. There’s also a chance that its 16GB of RAM are more than what’s in your gaming PC. But it’s Xbox Play Anywhere that could really set the Xbox Series X apart from the PS5. Being able to play Xbox Series X games on both the console and a Windows 10 PC could really change the game and open up a whole new avenue for Microsoft.

There’s much more to the Xbox Series X than just that so enjoy the video, let us know what you think about the upcoming console in the comments section below and don’t forget to subscribe to TheGamer for more gaming content.
