After a 7-year break, Red Bull Soulwave was once again held in the Danish coastal town of Klitmøller. The revival of this legendary surf competition was successful, as some of the best international surfers competed in great weather conditions. Leon Jamaer from Germany was crowned the champion of Red Bull Soulwave 2012.
Den internationale surfkonkurrence, Red Bull Soulwave, endte med at blive en kæmpe succes, da det traditionsrige event blev genoplivet i Klitmøller i weekenden.
Efter en 7 års pause kom Red Bull Soulwave tilbage til Klitmøller, hvor konkurrencen kørte hele sidste weekend. Med heftig vind kørte man windsurfing delen og første del af SUP lørdag d. 23. juni, og søndag blev kvartfinalerne, semifinalen samt finalen afsluttet i SUP. Den samlede vinder af Red Bull Soulwave 2012 blev tyske Leon Jamaer.
