المقادير: 500غ جبن موزريلا
2 بيض كوب فتات الخبز
1كوب دقيق زيت للقلي
الطريقة: اخفقي البيض. قطعي الجبن إلى قطع طولية على شكل أصابع. مرري أصابع الموزريلا في البيض . بعدها مرريها على الدقيق و أخيرا على فتات الخبز. تقلى أصابع الموزريلا في الزيت الساخن حتى تتحمر. تقدم بالصحة و الراحة مع صلصة الكاتشب أو أي صلصة تفضلينها.
