اخلط المكونات ثم اعجنها جيدا الى الحصول على عجينه منسجمه.. شكلها لكره.. غطيها بغشاء نايلون ثم كيس.. ضعها في الفرن.. شغل فقط لمبه الفرن واتركها تتخمر لساعه على حرارتها..
في هذا الوقت جهز القالب الذي ستخبز به بدهنه بالزيت النباتي وتدعيم قعره بورقه زبده..
بعد تخمير العجينه لساعه قطعها لثمانيه قطع مشكلا كل قطعه لكره.. رقق كل كره بشكل بيضاوي ثم شرطها بشكل رفيع ابتداء من ربعها ثم لفها من الجانب الغير مشرط صعودا حتى تحصل على لفه شبيهه بخيطان الصوف
صف القطع جنبا الى جنب ثم غطيها وخمرها على حراره لمبه الفرن لساعه اضافيه ثم اخبزها في فرن محمى مسبقا على حراره سفليه اولا بدرجه 350 فهرنهايت لحوالى 30 دقيقه ثم علويه بنفس الدرجه لحوالى الخمسه دقائق مع المراقبه حتى الاشقرار.. والف صحتين.. ورمضان مبارك من قناه ايهاب بلانت!
