Chef’s Night Out in Brussels

Richard Schaffer, chef & co-owner of LE 203, is known for serving up a diverse menu of what’s in season based on ideas from his favorite restaurants. On his first Saturday off from work in 3 years, Munchies takes Richard and friends on a Chef’s Night Out. They start their night out with some cider and shots before heading out to Brussels Beer Festival for, you guessed it: lots and lots of beer.

After all the beer, the logical next move is to wash it down with some natural wine at Tortue, a quick meal at Les Brigittines. And then Certo, for some pasta sharing, and shirtless dancing.

Then finishing the night, Richard meets up with even more friends at Le Dillens in Saint Gilles, where Richard cooked up a whole buttery turbot for the whole gang.
