المكونات :
( كوب ونص دقيق منخول – 2 ملعقه صغيره بيكنج بودر – نص كوب لبن -تلات ارباع كوب سكر -3 معالق سمن-3 بيض – رشه ملح -ملعقه صغيره فانيليا )
الطريقة :
– فى الخلاط البيض والسكر و الفانيليا ورشه ملح يضربو لمده دقيقه ثم نضع اللبن والسمن لمده دقيقتين .
– تفرغ المحتويات فى اناء عميق وبمضرب يدوى يقلب الدقيق مع الخليط .
– توضع فى قوالب الكاب كيك فى الفرن لمده 10 دقائق على درجه 160 .

These thin, soft crepes are one of the most simple but satisfying things to eat. You can have them with all sorts of fillings for any meal but today we’re making awesome boozy mojito berries, although the alcohol is optional! This one comes with a fire warning too… flambé is optional too!
