Chef’s Night Out in Vienna with Konstantin Filippou

Konstantin Filippou, chef of the year 2016 and owner of a fine dinging restaurant and a natural wine bar named O boufés has a day off to hang out with his friends at a few of his favourite places in Vienna. The evening starts in his own kitchen where he serves duck liver parfait, red beets, and blackcurrant. Before the sun sets, they head out to the second district, to have glaced ribs and salami wine at Mochi followed by a visit to his friend Christian Petz, who owns a traditional Viennese restaurant that might serve one of the best innards you can find.
